The Board of Directorsof the Inzuki Football Academy consists of ten founding members, whose expertise makes a tangible contribution to the Academy’s governance. This diversity of backgrounds is not merely for show; it reflects a deliberate choice to bring together, around a shared vision, the skills that a rapidly growing youth academy needs to develop on a solid and transparent foundation.

Elite sports are represented by Pierre Micheau, a UEFA A-licensed coach and president of the Aude district (FFF), and by Alexis Laniesse, former coordinator of elite basketball programs. NGO funding and governance are supported by Marie-Ange Irakoze, Chief Development Officer at Solid’Africa, while institutional relations benefit from the expertise of Tazeem Perrin (Rwandan Ministry of Sports) and Monica Keza (Country Director, DelAgua Rwanda). The team also includes entrepreneurs in Kigali (Gilles Ruzibiza, Salim Hanif Bashir, Lionel Bianquis) and internationally (Ntwali Cyusa), as well as HR expertise provided by Francine Umuhire.
