Inzuki Soccer Academy
The Inzuki Football Academy, founded in 2022, is based at Kepler College and offers girls and boys ages 5 to 14 the opportunity to discover or improve their soccer skills. Through three sessions per week during the school year and camps during school breaks, the academy’s coaches help children develop their technique and motor skills, and teach them the importance of teamwork, integrity, and respect.

The Fundamentals
The principles taught during training sessions are based on the methods of the French Soccer Federation, which have been passed on to the six coaches at the INZUKI FOOTBALL ACADEMY. They take into account the physical, psychological, and social development of young people in each age group.
Each session is organized around three segments: motor skills, technical drills, and games. The themes covered each week are as follows: maintaining possession and advancing, creating imbalance and finishing, retrieving the ball, and defending.
Personalized Follow-Up
Three times per season, we conduct physical and technical evaluations for all players. A report card with the results is given to each family at the end of the season during the Inzuki Awards.
The results of these tests are then combined to create the Inzuki Performance Index (IPI). The IPI is a unique performance index that evaluates each player based on the fundamental qualities of the modern soccer player—technique, speed, and ball control—by comparing them to their own age group. It is an objective and scientific method for identifying and tracking each child’s potential.
This index is developed based on the evaluation protocols of the French and German soccer federations and the guidelines of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme.
